The hotel was completely renovated in April 2007 and it is ideally located in Cannes’ city centre, in Rue d’Antibes, 150 metres from the famous Croisette and 15 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. It has been redesigned to comfortably accommodate business and leisure travellers.

The 4-star Eden Hotel offers stylish, cosy and peaceful accommodation in quiet surroundings. Step into a peaceful setting that stages the four elements: water, earth, fire and air.
The flowing and bright spaces, decorated with fountains here and there, and the inside garden provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Food & beverage

The Eden Restaurant serves healthy and original cuisine. To get off to a good start there is a copious buffet breakfast with hot and cold dishes.
You can choose between buffet lunch and dinner, buffet and one-plate meals and the restaurant can accommodate up to 300 people. The chef draws the menu according to guests’ requests and budgets.

The Eden Bar:
The cosy bar features deep and comfortable sofas around the large chimney providing for a warm and cosy atmosphere. The chef barman offers genuine savoir-faire and numerous and various cocktails.

Room information

The rooms are decorated with noble and exotic materials. The bathrooms’ floors match the black granite basin counter. The rooms are bathed in natural light coming through large French windows and feature bamboo or teak floor and stylish furnishing conveying a sense of spaciousness.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

What where this little animals? sure hope they did not travel home with me!!! No coffee/tea facilities in room. Charge 15 euro if you put your own stuff in the minibar.

The hotel is new and have good facilities such as indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room. The Jacuzzi on the top floor is great!

Breakfast too expensive, and the location is a bit far comparing to most other hotels.

Great location, very good 4 star hotel, own swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The toiletries were not always replenished and we had to ask for them on several occasions. Would have been better if breakfast was included in the price.

Location of the hotel is great. Everything is very close.

Quality of the hotel does not correspond the high price. Food in the restaurant was very poor, small room (even priviledge room). Swimming pool is very small. Service attitude does not correspond 4-start hotel.

Brilliant location, very pleasant staff, comfortable rooms. Pool room good.

Breakfast is overpriced so go elsewhere; Rue d"Antibes is thin, bollarded and very, very busy, if you're driving in expect a difficult arrival.
